Workmanship

When we went to the 'key handover' in April, the carpets are filthy where the workmen had tramped all over them!! Is this what is called the finished and satisfactory state which we had paid for? When one moves into a brand new property is it not reasonable to expect it to be spotless?

The CDII website boasts of its ‘exceptional work - the result of an equation which combines our know-how, our partnership with local artisans, our respect for traditional architecture and the materials we use’ implying high quality fittings and fantastic design. This is just not the case.
