Living Room

The living room combines the area to sit in as well as the eating area and kitchen corner. There are two tiny heaters in the whole of this space and it is hard to believe they will heat the place – especially with its high ceiling. The rented (and well designed MGM) flat that we stayed in on this ‘holiday’ had 3 much larger heaters in a much smaller (and non-high ceiling) living area and even these do not didn’t do a great job. These are mountain areas where the climate can be very cold.

There is NO LIGHT in the eating area.  In fact there is only one wall light in the sitting area and no lights at all on the ceiling.  Are we supposed to eat in the dark?  Is it not usual to have a light above the eating area?
