The Kitchen

Firstly the kitchen; well, the tiling was absolutely AWFUL. This had already been noted by the promoters and the sockets had been taken off for the retiling to be done around them. (SIX MONTHS LATER WE ARE STILL WAITING). But at the other end of the tiled area the tiling was even worse.

6 months later the tiling had still not been redone.  On enquiring what was taking so long we were told that CDII were looking for reasonable quotes.  In the end we decided to redo our own tiling.

Next problem: One of the cupboards in the kitchen also bashed into the cooker hob when opened– meaning that it didn’t open fully and was difficult to get into. This was also noted on the list of snags 

There was a leak under the sink and the cupboard was filthy. This was also noted on the list of snags
